Yo Gotti

Yo Gotti (* in Memphis, real name Mario Mims ) is an American gangster rapper.

Career

Yo Gotti, who has named as several other rappers after the mobster John Gotti, has appeared in the 90s, but only starting from 2000 he also published his own plates. In 2003 he then signed with a real label, TVT Records and released the album Life. Two years later, his breakthrough began with the song from the soundtrack of the film Full Time Hustle & Flow. After this first hit to Basics also proved his next album Back 2 da successful. He was among the top 100 album sales charts and in the Top 10 of the R & B charts. With Gangsta Party Album also contained a first R & B hit song (ranked 80 of the R & B charts ).

The following two mixtapes Cocaine Muzik and CM2 he could indeed establish itself in the R & B charts, but another hit, they brought not forth. The end came in 2009 as a first single of a new album. With 5 Star he first came into the official Hot 100
