Yola RamÃrez
Yolanda " Yola " Ramírez Ochoa ( born March 1, 1935 in Mexico City) is a former Mexican tennis player.
Career
Yola Ramirez reached in 1960 and 1961 respectively the final of the French Tennis Championships in Paris. In 1960, she had to admit defeat of the US-American Darlene Hard and a year later, the British woman Ann Haydon -Jones. In 1958 she won with her countrywoman Rosie Reyes, the women's doubles, and one year later ( 1959) the mixed competition with the British Billy Knight at the French Championships. In 1957 and from 1959 to 1961 ranged Yola Ramirez among the top 10 tennis world rankings, while in 1961 reached their highest placing by finishing in sixth.
