Youth Group

Youth Group is an indie rock band from Australia, which was founded in the late 1990s. The band is often compared to the American group Death Cab for Cutie. Similar to this band is also the awareness of Youth Group increased by the repeated use of songs in the teen series The OC, including a cover of the Alphaville song " Forever Young".

The group originally consisted of the school friends Danny Allen, Paul Murphy, Toby Martin and Andy Cassell. Meanwhile, the guitarist Cameron Emerson - Elliott and bassist Patrick Matthews Vines former belongs alongside the remaining founding members Allen and Martin joined the band.
