Ytterhogdal is a place ( tätort ) in the historic province Härjedalen and the County of Jämtland County. Ytterhogdal belongs to the municipality Härjedalen, Ytterhogdals socks but after Hälsingland.

The European route 45 performs as well as domestic railway through the village, which lies between Sveg and Svenstavik.
