Yttrium (III ) sulfide is an inorganic chemical compound of yttrium element sulfur which is present in the form of a yellow powder. It has a cubic crystal structure and a band gap of 2.58 eV. Yttrium (III ) sulfide is used in tube technology and semiconductor industry ( for doping ).
