Yujacha
Yujacha is a Korean tea on the basis of the citrus fruit Yuzu (Korean: Yuja; tea = Cha ). It is prepared from the jam-like Yucheong ( 유청 ), a mixture of honey or sugar syrup and fine stripes Yuzuschale. This is then poured with water.
