Yukito Kishiro

Yukito Kishiro (Japanese木城ゆきとKishiro Yukito; born March 20, 1967 in the prefecture of Tokyo) is a Japanese manga artist, who was known internationally by his manga Battle Angel Alita.

Yukito Kishiro began as a child drawing. In the magazine Shōnen Sunday was his manga Kikai published in 1984. For this work of then 17 - year-old received the Young Investigator Award of the publisher Shogakukan. He started in 1990 for the magazine Business Jump with the work on Battle Angel Alita.
