Yuli Raizman
July Yakovlevich Raisman (Russian Юлий Яковлевич Райзман; * December 15, 1903 in Riga, † December 11, 1994 in Moscow) was a Soviet and Russian film director and screenwriter.
Life
Raisman finished in 1924 his studies at the Faculty of Social Sciences in Moscow. After his studies he worked as an assistant director Yakov Protasanow for Mezhrabpom film studios. In 1931 he began his work as director of the Mosfilm studios, where he worked with screenwriter Yevgeny Gabrilowitsch.
