Yumbilla falls

The Yumbilla is approximately 870 meters in three stages, one of the highest waterfalls in the world. It only leads to the rainy season and is located in the district Cuispes in the province Bongará in the Peruvian Amazon region.

The approximate height of the waterfall was announced on 10 June 2007 a ​​report by the newspaper El Comercio by the Instituto Nacional del Perú Geográfico ( ING ).
