Yumin County

The circle Qagantokay or Yumin (裕民 县, Yumin Xiàn ) is a county of the district of Tacheng, which belongs to the Kazakh Autonomous County in the Ili Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of the People's Republic of China. Its main town is the large village Karabura (哈拉布拉 镇).
