Yuzhnoye Design Bureau

KB Yuzhnoye (Russian Конструкторское бюро " Южное "; Ukrainian Державне конструкторське бюро " Південне » ім М К Янгеля, English Yuzhnoye SDO.. . ) Is a Ukrainian developer of rockets and spacecraft. The design office is based in Dnipropetrovsk and was in the Soviet Union responsible for the construction of intercontinental ballistic missiles ( ICBMs ). The description of the experimental design offices ( OKB ) was OKB -586 and was founded by Mikhail Kuzmich Yangel.

The office works with the manufacturer Juschmasch, which is also located in Dnipropetrovsk. Juschmasch is the main contractor for the developed KB Yuzhnoye products.
