Yverdon District
The District d' Yverdon ( German: District Yverdon ) until 31 December 2007, an administrative unit of the canton of Vaud in Switzerland.
Capital was Yverdon- les- Bains. The District was in the Cercle ( German: circles) Molondin, Belmont -sur- Yverdon, Yverdon and Pittet divided.
On 1 January 2008, the merger of Donneloye with Gossen and Mézery -près- Donneloye the new community Donneloye.
The District was composed of 38 municipalities, was 156.68 km ² and counted 36'335 inhabitants ( end of 2006).
