Zach Stone Is Gonna Be Famous is an American comedy series Bo Burnham and Dan Lagana on the high school graduates Zach Stone, who wants to lead a life of fame and a star. The twelve episodes of the series were erstausgestrahlt between May 2 and June 29, 2013 in the U.S. on MTV. The German -language broadcast of all twelve episodes took place on MTV on October 19, 2013.

Zach Stone Is Gonna Be Famous Zach Stone is about, who has just finished high school and decided not to go to college, but to somehow be famous as a reality TV star. To accomplish this, he committed a camera crew accompanies him as he tries, among other things, to be a celebrity chef or an artist for ringtones. Since, however, he has no skills and special talents, he has to accept a variety of failures.

In September 2010, MTV ordered the pilot episode of the series, which was written by Bo Burnham, Dan Lagana and Luke Liacos. The pilot episode for the series has already been filmed in 2011, the rest of the first and only season in 2012. Beginning of the broadcast of the series was May 2, 2012 on MTV. On June 26, 2013 MTV announced the cancellation of the series.
Broadcast
The series launched in the U.S. on May 2, 2013. After the show was canceled on June 26, 2013, the last three episodes on 27 and on June 29, 2013 were broadcast.
In Germany the MTV sent all episodes of the series as a marathon on 19 October 2013.
