Zanella

Zanella is an Argentine manufacturer of mopeds, motorcycles, scooters and quads from 100, 125 to 200 cc. The company was founded in 1948 by Juan Zanella and has its headquarters in Buenos Aires. The original two-stroke engines have been designed by Fabio Taglioni, and built under license for the Italian motorcycle manufacturer Ceccato. Zanella employs about 1,000 working people, and has a production capacity of 12,000 vehicles per month. Major export markets for Zanella are, inter alia, Brazil, Chile, Cuba, Uruguay, and some countries in Africa.
