Zanesfield is a village in Logan County, Ohio, United States. In the United States Census 2000, the city had 220 inhabitants. It was thus the smallest incorporated village in Logan County. The American Volleyball national team Nicole Fawcett grew up here.

History

Zanesfield is named after Isaac Zane, who in the old Berkeley County, Virginia (now Hardy County, West Virginia) was born in 1753. Isaac Zane was the younger brother of Ebenezer Zane, was named after the Zanesville, Ohio.
