Zara Levina

Sara Alexandrovna Levina (Russian Зара Александровна Левина; born February 5, 1906 in Simferopol (Crimea ), † June 27, 1976 in Moscow) was a Russian composer.

She studied piano in Odessa, continued her studies at the Moscow Conservatory with F. Blumenfeld continued and studied composition with Nikolai Myaskovsky and Gliere.

She composed two piano concertos, chamber music and numerous songs.
