Rabbinic interpretation

Maimonides describes the condition of the saw as a weakening of the male reproductive system, although the overall health of the man is good. The man of otherwise healthy sperm flows out without arousal, erection or pleasure. The drain has a reddish hue and a thin consistency.

Abraham ibn Ezra mentions that the condition of the saw either an abnormal discharge or even the complete loss of ejaculatory may mean.
