Zen Gesner
Zen Gesner ( born June 23, 1970 in Van Nuys, California) is an American film actor.
Life
Zen Gesner was born the son of actress Nan Martin and architect Harry Gesner in Van Nuys, and grew up in Santa Monica. The first husband of his mother, and thus his stepfather, was nominated eight times for an Oscar music composer Robert E. Dolan. Zen Gesner was named after the Buddhist faith Zen.
After graduating from the elementary schools, Gesner moved to London, where he studied acting at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art. Here he was employed in numerous plays of William Shakespeare as an actor, including Anything Goes or The Cherry Orchard. Besides archery Gesner also learned fire breathing, so he fight director at the Royal Opera in London took a short time as of assistive employment.
1994 Gesner was in the comedy film Dumb and Dumber for the first time in front of the movie camera. The government took over Peter Farrelly and Bobby Farrelly, the brother should be subsequently Gesner. Only a year after the shooting, he joined in 1995 with the sister of the Farrelly brothers, Cynthia Farrelly Gesner, walk down the aisle. Today, Zen Gesner lives with his family in Los Angeles.
