Zenbee Mizoguchi

December Mizoguchi (Japanese沟口 善 兵卫, Mizoguchi december, born January 20, 1946 in Masuda, Shimane Prefecture) is a Japanese politician and since 2007 the Governor of Shimane.

Mizoguchi, graduate of the Faculty of Economics, University of Tokyo, after graduating in 1968 was an official in the Ministry of Finance, where he headed the Minister Secretariat ( daijin - Kambo ) and 1999 became head of the International Department ( kokusai - kyoku ) 1998. In 1985, he was temporarily seconded to the World Bank.
