Zero Halliburton
Zero Halliburton is originally a U.S. company that manufactures preferred robust luggage such as suitcases and in particular briefcase made of aluminum. The Company was formed by the metal processing company Zierold Company, which in 1946 changed its name to Zero Corporation. In 1952, Zero bought the luggage division of the Texas company Halliburton, which at companies in the oil and energy industry operates as a provider of technical services, maintenance services, planning and development services, as well as suppliers of various products.
The Zero Corporation sold on 29 December 2006 its entire retail business area at the Japanese luggage manufacturer ACE Co. Ltd.. , So Zero Halliburton today a 100 percent subsidiary of ACE Co. Ltd.. is based in Osaka and Tokyo.
Erle Palmer Halliburton (1892-1957), the founder of the company Halliburton, commissioned in 1938 aircraft engineers with the redesign of sturdy luggage. He was looking for suitcases, which were suitable for rough transport on a pickup truck on the rough and partly unpaved roads in the oil fields in Texas in those days. A modified edition of the Zero Halliburton is always close to the incumbent President of the United States of America: strictly guarded and chained to a soldier 18 kg heavy. The trunk is covered with a black leather sleeve, bullet proof and equipped with an antenna. The nickname of the case is nuclear football (Atom suitcase ) and in its interior a device is installed that allows the President to the codes known only to him, to authorize a use of nuclear weapons.
