Homam ( from Arabic سعد الهمام, DMG sa ʿ d al - Humam, happiness ( sstern ) of the brave ') is the proper name of the star ζ Pegasi (Zeta Pegasi ). Homam belongs to the spectral type B8 and has an apparent magnitude of 3.4 mag. Homam is about 208 light-years away from Earth ( Hipparcos database).
