Zeynep Değirmencioğlu ( born September 12, 1954 Istanbul, Turkey) is a Turkish film actress. She was the most famous child star in the Turkish film history.

She is the daughter of screenwriter Hamdi Değirmencioğlu. Even with two years she played her first role in Papatya. Then she stood for the movies Duvaklı Göl and Fırtına as a child star in front of camera. It reached its greatest success in 1960 with the lead role in Ayşecik. There she plays a little girl who helps the poor and given to the evil lessons. The film became a turning point in Turkish cinema, followed a series with more than ten episodes. In addition, many similar films have been made, where children played leading roles.

Değirmencioğlu currently held in Istanbul profession they learned as a real estate agent from and writes for the newspaper " Tercüman ". She is divorced and has two children.
