Zhang Gaoli

Zhang Gaoli (Chinese张高丽, Pinyin Zhang gaoli; * April 1946 in Jinjiang ( Fujian Province ) ) is a Chinese communist politician.

Career

Zhang is a member of the Politburo of the Communist Party of China since 2007. Since November 2012, he is member of the Standing Committee of the Politburo.

Zhang is a graduate of Xiamen University. After working in the provinces of Guangdong and Shandong Zhang was from 2007 until November 2012 Secretary of the Party Committee of the CCP government immediacy city of Tianjin.
