Zhang Nan (badminton)
Zhang Nan (Chinese张楠, Pinyin Zhang Nan, born March 1, 1990 in Beijing) is a Chinese badminton player.
Career
At the Junior Badminton Asia Championships Zhang Nan earned first laurels when he was in the 2008 title holder Mixed with Lu Lu. A year later, both won the Philippines Open. In 2010, he won Mixed All England, and in the double 2010 German Open. With the Chinese men's team, he became team world champion in the same year. In 2011 he became world champion in mixed doubles. He achieved the greatest success by winning the gold medal in mixed doubles at the Summer Olympic Games 2012/Badminton ( mixed) together with Zhao Yunlei.
