Zhao (state)

Zhao (Chinese赵/赵, pinyin Zhao ) was a statesman of Ancient China during the time of the Warring States Period, the BC 403 and was created by the State Qin 228 BC was annexed.

It bordered on the States Qin, Wei and Yan. Its capital was Handan (邯郸). The territory included areas in Today's Inner Mongolia and the provinces of Hebei, Shanxi and Shaanxi.
