Zichang County

Circle Zichang (子 长 县, Zǐcháng Xiàn ) is a circle of Yan'an prefecture-level city in northern Shaanxi Province. It has an area of 2405 km ² and has 240,000 inhabitants. Its main town is the large village Wayaobu (瓦窑堡 镇).

The revolutionaries site of Wayaobao ( Wayaobao Geming Jiuzhi瓦窑堡 革命 旧址) (1935 /36) and the Zhongshan Grottoes (Zhongshan Shiku钟山 石窟) from the time of the Northern Song dynasty since 1988 are on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China.
