Zlatko Lagumdžija

Zlatko Lagumdžija ( Serbian Cyrillic Златко Лагумџија, born September 26, 1955 in Sarajevo) is a Bosnian business data, politician ( SDP) and former Prime Minister.

Life and career

Lagumdžija completed a computer science and electrical engineering at the University of Sarajevo, where he graduated in 1988 with a doctorate. Since 1989 he has been a professor there since 1994 as Head of the Economics Department computer science at the Faculty of Economics.

He is married and has three children.

Party

Since 1997 Lagumdžija is chairman of the SDP.

Member of Parliament

Lagumdžija has continuously since 1996, a seat in the House of Representatives of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Offices

During the Bosnian war was Lagumdžija 1992-1993 Deputy Prime Minister, 1993 for a short time Prime Minister. 2001 to 2002 he held that post again. 2001 to 2003 he was also the Bosnian foreign minister. The incumbent government since February 2012 by Prime Minister Vjekoslav Bevanda he heard again as foreign minister.
