Zlín Z 526

The Zlin Z -526 is a Czechoslovakian sport and aerobatic airplane trener the series. The two-seat versions carry the nickname trener master, the single-seater will be referred to as an acrobat and acrobat specialty. Development

A special version for Glider towing, created in 1981 under the name Z- 526AFM Condor. It has a stronger M- 337A engine with turbocharging and V -410 - Verstellluftschraube. The wings with additional tanks at the ends was taken over by the Z -326.

Description

The cell of the Z -526 is made of a welded steel tube frame which is planked top and bottom and covered with a metal on the sides with material. The zweiholmigen wings are arranged in low-wing configuration at the torso. The tail consists of a metal frame with fabric covering. The main wheels of the rear -wheel work are retractable halfway into the wings.

Others
