Zombie World ( Original: ZMD: Zombies of Mass Destruction ) is an American horror film with splatter deposits and bizarre situation comedy from director Kevin Hamedani.
Hamedanis debut film was first released on April 18, 2009 in the United States, the German DVD release date was April 30, 2010.
Action
In Port Gamble, a small coastal town in the U.S. state of Washington, breaking through an alluvial undead from a momentous plague. The bloodthirsty revenant, a largely brainless zombie that transmits a virus through bites falls below her on the living. The victims mutate into zombies. The local population initially takes no notice thereof.
Born in the United States Halbiranerin Frida, whose arch-conservative father runs an Iranian restaurant, returns after an aborted study in Port Gamble. Despite the misgivings of her father, the attractive Heimkehrerin agreed on the first evening with an untalented musician she meets at the nearby cemetery. The romantic tryst, however, ends with the death of Frida's lover, as the car of the two is attacked by flesh -hungry creatures. Frida escapes in dire need. She fled to a neighboring family, Miller, initially grant her a safe haven. As the manic host the protection seekers suspected of improperly terrorism, because it is of Islamic origin, begins an ordeal for the Halbiranerin. It is abused and tortured. The frightened son helps her finally to flee.
In a parallel storyline, Tom and his partner Lance also return back to the tranquil village to reveal their homosexuality Toms old-fashioned mother. In the midst of coming-out mutated Tom's mother, however, a zombie. The pair escapes the bizarre situation by fleeing to a nearby church. Once there - in the meantime the zombie epidemic is considered as a result of a terrorist attack - they hit about a dozen churchgoers, including Mayor Burton, mayor candidate Banks and Reverend Haggis. The cleric rails against all the sinners of this world, but without organizing a makeshift defense. Later he tried homosexuals, " God's enemies " due to a conversion room on the path of virtue.
Before the church meet the four protagonists, Frida, Tom, and Lance Banks, finally each other. They are rescued by the military and discharged 29 weeks later from quarantine. At the end of Banks 's new mayor and Frida owner of an Iranian restaurants.
