Zohor
Zohor (Slovak and Hungarian, German rarely Sachern ) is a municipality in western Slovakia in the landscape Zahorie, between the capital Bratislava ( 23 km) and Malacky ( 17 km).
The village was mentioned in writing in 1314 for the first time as sahur. The town has a station on the railway line Bratislava - Kúty - Břeclav and is connected through the 3 km from the motorway exit at Lozorno on the D2 motorway.
