Zoya Douchine

Zoya Douchine (also German Zoja Duschin, formerly Russian Зоя Алексеевна Душина, married bark stone; born October 24, 1983 in Moscow ) is a former German figure skater Russian origin.

Biography

With the figure skating Zoya Douchine began at the age of six years at Lyudmila Tschernischewa in Moscow. Along with her parents she came to Germany in 1991. Douchine launched for the EV Augsburg (until 1999) and the ERC Munich, their coaches were Christa Winklmaier / Axel Teschemacher, Alexander Wedenin and finally Steffi Ruttkies ( since 2001). Her achievements were the national junior title in 1996 and the German runner-up in 2000, the same year she took part in the European and World Championships ( freestyle music "West Side Story ").

Zoya Douchine had to end their amateur career in 2003 because of a chronic foot injury (fatigue fracture). After leaving school she trained as a tax specialist. In 2005 Douchine appeared in a small supporting role in the film Death comes the crass comedy duo Erkan and Stefan on.
