Zsolt Harsányi

Zsolt Harsanyi ( born January 27, 1887 in Krompachy, † November 29, 1943 in Budapest) was a Hungarian theater director and writer. His main work form biographies of historical figures and extensive social novels.

Life

The son of a noble Hungarian family first completed a study of philosophy and law. Following a stint as an editor at various newspapers, he headed from 1938, the Budapest Lustspieltheater Vígszínház.
