Zubčice ( German Subschitz ) is a municipality with 381 inhabitants ( 2006) in the Czech Republic. It is located nine kilometers north-west of Kaplice and belongs to Okres Český Krumlov. The land area is 949 ha

Geography

The place is located in 620 m asl on the northern edge of the Poluška Mountains creek above the valley of Jílecký. East of Zubčice runs the state road 157 between Český Krumlov and Besednice.

Neighboring towns are Mirkovice and Žaltice in the north, Žalčické Samoty and Markvartice in the northeast, Zubčická Lhotka in the east, V Háji the southeast, Dolni Pláně Včelíny and Věžovatá Pláně in the south and Malčice in the West,
