Zuo Qiuming

Zuo Qiuming (Chinese左丘明, Pinyin Zǔo Qiuming, W.-G. Tso Ch'iuming ) was a Chinese author who wrote the famous Commentaries on the Spring and Autumn Annals. He was Confucius ' students about his life but little is known. He is generally regarded as the father of prose narrative. In the year 647 AD, has been paid to him a pedigree in the Confucius Temple. It is believed that he wrote the book Guoyu.
