Zwevegem is a municipality in the Belgian province of West Flanders. The municipality has 24 209 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2012) and has a size of 63.26 km ². The municipality includes the districts Zwevegem Zwevegem, Heestert, Moen, Otegem and Sint- Denijs.

Attractions

In the municipality there are three windmills Stenen mill, the mill and the mill Mortier ter Claere. The Stenen mill was built in 1798 and since 1974 has been the church property. The corn mill was restored. ' The mill is no longer available. The Mortier mill was probably built in 1794 and the mill ter Claere was built in 1854.
