Zygi Wilf

Zygmunt " Zygi " Wilf ( born April 22, 1950) is an American entrepreneur and owner of the American football team Minnesota Vikings play in the National Football League ( NFL).

Life

Zygi Wilf was born in Germany. His parents, Joseph and Elizabeth Wilf, are originally from Poland and survived the Holocaust there. The family moved in the early 50's to New Jersey. While Zygi studied at Fairleigh Dickinson University, his father grew successfully in the real estate trade. After Zygis degree from New York Law School, he went into the family business and took over the subsidiary Garden Commercial Properties. He expanded the previous four shopping centers to around 100 branches.

Wilf took over in 2005, together with five partners, the American football team Minnesota Vikings for approximately 600 million U.S. dollars.
