The First Division 1920/21 was the tenth season in the history of the highest Maltese Football League. Champion for the fourth time the FC Floriana.
Clubs
In comparison to the previous season Cottonera United opted not to participate. New here after five years of absence were the Msida Rangers, two -year break, the Floriana FC and FC St. George's and the first time the Rangers Sliema, Qormi United and the team of the Dockyard Police.
Mode
The season was played in a single round. For a victory, there were two points, one for a draw and a defeat for no point. Case of a tie a play for the championship was held.
