1922–23 Maltese Premier League
The First Division 1922/23, was the twelfth season in the history of the highest Maltese Football League. Masters were for the second time Sliema Wanderers.
Clubs
In comparison to the previous season Malta Police and FC waived St. George's to participate. New here were again after five years the Vittoriosa Rovers.
Mode
The season was played in a single round. For a victory, there were two points, one for a draw and a defeat for no point. Case of a tie a play for the championship was held.
