1947 Albanian Superliga
Kategoria e Pare The 1947 ( mutatis mutandis: First League ) was the tenth staging of the Albanian Football Championship and was hosted by the National Football Association Federata Shqiptare e Futbollit. The season began on March 16 and ended on October 1, 1947.
Course of the season
The league was reduced from twelve to nine teams compared to last year. Besa Kavaja, Apolonia Fier, Erzeni Shijak and Spartaku Kuçova had not signed up for 1947 game mode. The only newcomer was the FK Partizani Tirana, an association of the Albanian army, who completed his first season in the Kategoria e Pare. Vllaznia Shkoder was defending champion. KS Skënderbeu Korçë had changed his name before the season in Dinamo Korçë.
In contrast to the previous two years, the participants did not recur in two groups and determined the champion in finals, but all nine teams played against each other twice in a season.
A total of 298 were gates, corresponding to an average of 4.1 goals per game. The scorer is not known due to lack of records.
Partizani Tirana was the first club in the Kategoria e Pare, which it succeeded as a freshman in his first season to win the title. In a close decision, the surprise team was one point ahead of defending champions Vllaznia Shkoder, which could achieve 63 hits in his 16 games. Third place went to Dinamo Korçë. Some distance followed record champions 17 Nëntori Tirana, Ylli i Kuq Durrës and Tomori Berat on the leading trio. Berat did not reach the last rank in his or section of the table for the first time in his five-year league affiliation. Previous year's runner- Flamurtari Vlora in 1947 only seventh with nine points. Behind Vlora still Bashkimi Elbasan Gjirokastra and Shqiponja placed.
