1979–80 FIS Ski Jumping World Cup

The Ski Jumping World Cup 1979/1980 (official name: FIS Ski Jumping World Cup 1979/80 ) was one of the International Ski Federation FIS between 27 December 1979 and March 25, 1980 at 18 different locations in Europe, North America and Asia inaugural competition series in ski jumping. The World Cup consisted of 25 individual events. The overall World Cup victory won the Austrian Hubert Neuper, on the second and third place followed by the Austrians Armin Kogler and the Pole Stanisław Bobak. The Nations Cup Austria won ahead of Norway and Japan.
