2008 U.S. Men's Clay Court Championships
The U.S. Men 's Clay Court Championships in 2008 were a tennis tournament which took place in Houston from 14 until April 20, 2008. It was part of the ATP Tour in 2008 and was discharged on clay court. In the same week of the Grand Prix Hassan II in Casablanca was played, which just like the U.S. Men 's Clay Court Championships belonged to the category ATP International Series.
Defender of the single was Ivo Karlović, in double the top-seeded American brothers Bob Bryan and Mike Bryan. The individual competition was won by Spaniard Marcel Granollers 6-4, 1:6, 7:5 against American James Blake. In the doubles pairing Ernests Gulbis / Rainer Schuettler won with 7:5, 7:63 against Pablo Cuevas / Marcel Granollers.
The field of the individual competition consisted of 32 players, double that of the competition from 16 pairs.
