2009 ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships

The Canoe Slalom World Championships 2009 were from 9 to 13 September 2009 in La Seu d' Urgell, Spain. The World Championships were organized by the International Canoe Federation (ICF). La Seu d' Urgell was so after 1999 for the second time hosted the Canoe Slalom World Championships. A total of eight competitions were held, with the men each a single and a team decision in one's kayak K-1, A - Canadian C-1 and twos Canadian C-2 and in women an individual and team decision-making in one kayak K -1.
