2012–13 LNAH season
The 2012/13 season is the 17th regular season of Ligue Nord - Americaine de Hockey. The seven participating teams completed in the regular season of 40 matches. All seven teams qualified for the playoffs.
The Marquis de Jonquiere, who had already finished the regular season as the best team in point, won by a 4-2 win in the final series against the HC Carvena de Sorel - Tracy for the first time in its history, the Coupe Canam.
Team changes
The following changes were made before the start of the season:
- The Wild de Windsor were to Cornwall, Ontario, moved and changed their name to Cornwall River Kings. They are thus the only franchise that is not native to Quebec.
- The Marquis de Saguenay changed their name to Marquis de Jonquière
