- September 22: Saint Boniface II, a born in Rome Goth, is Pope. The majority of the Roman clergy chooses Dioscorus to the anti-pope, but dies after only 22 days. Since Boniface then the supporters of his opponent forcing their " error " to admit, Dioscorus is traditionally counted among the ( illegal ) anti-popes. Boniface confirmed during his pontificate the decisions condemnation of Pelagianism and Semi-Pelagianism, which have been adopted at the Council of Orange in 529.
