666 Park Avenue
666 Park Avenue is an American mystery series by David Wilcox and based on the novel by Gabriella Pierce. The series is about a young couple who takes over the job of property management in a historic apartment building in which it comes to supernatural incidents. The series launched on September 30, 2012 at the American network ABC and was canceled after the airing of the 13th episode.

Action
Henry Martin and his girlfriend Jane Van Veen be caretaker in a historic apartment building, which belongs Gavin Doran and his wife Olivia. Also in the house live the playwright Brian Leonard and his wife, photographer, Louise and the doorman of the building Tony DeMeo. However, no one knows that they have all made a pact with the devil, who met them their dreams, goals, desires and needs.
Production
On 22 January 2010, the ABC announced the production of a pilot episode for the series of books 666 Park Avenue by Gabriella Pierce. In addition, the transmitter has a further working with Alloy Entertainment announced that have already made numerous book series to television series. David Wilcox, Leslie Morgenstern and Gina Girolamo serve as executive producers. On May 11, 2011, announced that ABC has ordered the series for the season 2012/2013. It first 13 episodes were ordered. The scenes in which the series is filmed, are located in the Cine Magic Riverfront Studios in Brooklyn, New York. When Hurricane Sandy on October 29, 2012 met with New York, the studios were flooded in part and the scenes badly damaged.
In November 2012 ABC announced the setting, set to produce 13 episodes.
666 Park Avenue
In the fictional building The Drake, which is located at the 666 Park Avenue on the Upper East Side, is in fact, The Ansonia, which is located between the 73rd and 74th street at 2109 Broadway on the Upper West Side. In addition to the Dakota, the building is one of the most historic apartment buildings in Manhattan. The choice of the building and its renaming came across some criticism. The actual address of the Drake, namely, 999 Park Avenue, would be the intersection of 84th Street to Park Avenue and exists as a separate address is not in New York City. However, it is at 666 Park Avenue to a real address. It is a three story 27 room full duplex apartment, which is located in a building at 660 Park Avenue. Virginia Graham Fair, the former ex-wife of billionaire William Kissam Vanderbilt II left the apartment in the construction of the house according to your specifications at a price of 195,000 U.S. dollars design. She chose a high probability to align its previous address 666 Fifth Avenue, the new address.
Casting
First, the role of the homeowner Gavin Doran was occupied with Terry O'Quinn. The main roles of the young couple went to Dave Annable and Rachael Taylor, who will be seen as Henry Martin and Jane Van Veen. On March 8, 2012 Mercedes Masöhn and Robert Buckley followed the project. The role of the wife of Gavin Olivia Doran went to Vanessa Lynn Williams.
Following the series order Erik Palladino was promoted from supporting actor in the main cast. In August 2012, Aubrey Dollar, Mili Avital, Mike Doyle, Enrique Murciano and Wendy Moniz were cast in supporting roles. In addition, Tessa Thompson and Nick Chinlund were committed for storylines.

Broadcast
In the United States, the broadcast of the series began on September 30, 2012 in ABC. It runs on Sundays after Once Upon a Time - Once upon a time ... and Revenge. The last four episodes of the series were broadcast from 22 June to 13 July 2013.
International is among others in Canada by Citytv and in Australia from the transmitter FOX8. In the UK, the series will be seen in ITV2.
