The Río Aconcagua is a river in central Chile in the Región de Valparaíso.

The Río Aconcagua is created by the confluence of the rivers Río Juncal and Río Blanco. After 15 km, the Río Colorado flows as an inflow in the river and a few miles later the Río Putaendo. In the course of the Río Aconcagua eat some smaller tributaries, such as the Río Limache.

The river flows near the town of Concon in the Pacific Ocean.

The valley of the Río Aconcagua is a very important agricultural area, with fruit and wine. It is a popular tourist destination.
