Administrative divisions of Zabaykalsky Krai

The region Transbaikalia in the Siberian federal district of the Russian Federation is divided into 31 Rajons and 4 urban districts. The Rajons are a total of 45 urban and 345 rural municipalities assumed (as of 2010).

Three of the Rajons ( Aga with the later divested county Aga, Duldurga and Mogoitui ) made ​​up to 1 March 2008, an independent federal subject, the Autonomous District of the Buryat Aginer. These territories have until today under this name a special status within the region, Transbaikalia ( in the tables in gray).
