Alev Lenz

Alev Lenz ( born January 17, 1982 in Munich) is a German -Turkish singer / songwriter.

Career

The daughter of the information engineers Reimar Lenz and the Turkish actress Berrin Alganer received at the age of four years of music and rhythm classes, with seven years of piano lessons then followed instruction in ballet, drama and singing. Her father was initially against the fact that she is a musician. In 2001, she graduated with her ​​former hard rock band Alev a publishing contract with BMG Music Publishing. After two CDs in -house production and an album which in Germany, Turkey and appeared in the United States, she separated from the band.

Her solo debut album Storytelling Piano Playing Fräulein she composed between Germany and New York in pendulum. Don Philippe of the hip- hop group of friends then produced the album in Berlin, which was released on their own label ( My Own Record Company ) in sales by Groove Attack.

Alev Lenz speaks German, English, Turkish and French.
