Alfonso Garcia

Alfonso Garcia ( born October 24, 1969) is a former professional football player. He holds Spanish citizenship, but had to be his playing days as a football German. He played 22 Bundesliga second division and 188 games. He scored a 33 goals respectively.

Garcia began his career at FSV 08 Bissingen, then played for the SGV Freiberg, before joining SpVgg Unterhaching in 1991. In 1992 he went with the Munich suburbanites to the 2nd Bundesliga. In Unterhaching, the striker quickly became a crowd favorite.

His biggest success was the rise in the 1st Bundesliga in 1999. However, where he lost his place. After re descent 2001, he moved to second division side SSV Reutlingen, in which he scored twelve goals in 53 games until 2003. After the Spaniards had his career end with his hometown club in Bissingen. After his playing career he became a coach at FSV 08 Bissingen and remained until the 2007/ 08 season. From July 2009, trained Alfonso Garcia TSG Backnang 1919 Since January 2012, he is the country's division, SV Hellas 94 Bietigheim worked as a head coach.
