At the Alperschällilücke one runs on a very special underground.

The Alperschällihorn is a mountain of limestone mountains Splügener in the Swiss canton of Graubünden. The mountain is located north on the community Spliigen in the Rhine forest, the eastern part of the recovery community Sufers as the highest point, while the north-western edge of the municipality Safien heard.

North of the Alperschällihorns is on 2614 meters, the Alperschällilücke, one pass crossing of Sufers to Safien.

Like the entire Splügener limestone mountains is characterized by the Alperschällihorn stone deserts and screes.
